North-South Transport Corridor(NSTC) Trade Route Between India and Russia.




The aim of the NSTC is to increase trade connectivity between major cities such as   Mumbai, Tehran, Bandar Anzali, Austrakhan, Moscow and etc.The length of this route is 5,600km from North end to South end.The international North-South Transport Corridor is the ship, rail and road route for moving freight from India, Iran, Azerbaijan and Russia via ship,rail and road.
A study conducted by the Federation of Freight Forwarders Association in India found the route is "30% cheaper and 40% shorter" than the current traditional route.The objective of the NSTC project is to reduce cost in terms of time and money over the traditional route currently being used.

6$ MILLION BOOKS DONATED TO STATE LIBRARY OF VICTORIA.








The family of Melbourne barrister John Emmerson who was having a huge collection of rare books from 15th century was donated to the state library of Victoria, Australia. Valued at about the Australian $8 million (about $6million).The collection also contains the early editions of noted British writers, including Geoffrey Chaucer, John Milton, Daniel Defoe, Jonathan Swift as well as books owned by king Charles I of England ,a Nuremberg bible dating back to 1485, and pamphlets that  contains daily news about the impending execution of Charles I.

Emmerson started collecting books in the 1960s when he was studying nuclear physics at Oxford University. When he returned home in 1970s he continued buying books .But unfortunately he passed away in August last year.

WORLD YOUTH SKILL DAY.


July 15 this day was approach by Sri- Lanka  in the United  Nation General Assembly.The main motive of this day is to develop skills among the youth because the number of unemployment around the world is increasing and require immediate solution.The United Nation works with all its agencies and member states to empower the skills of the youth for the bright future. Government and NGOs are engaged to educate the youth and help them,which in turn,helps the world.So we should celebrate world youth day and help the youth for their better future.

WHAT IS AN ILLEGAL ACTION????

       





                               
                        WHY SUNIL  NARINE BANNED FOR HIS ACTION???

If the bowlers "elbow extension" exceeds 15 degree at the time of delivery of ball than that action is said to be illegal.This is decided by the international cricket council(ICC).It came into force from November 2004.In cricket terminology this is called "throwing a ball or chucking".

If the bowler suspected at an illegal action than the match official will report this to the bowlers team management or to his respected board.After receiving the notice the bowler must undergo testing to his action at ICC accredited facility within 21 days.And the bowler should keep on practicing untill his action becomes legal.

FUNDS FROM AIIB FOR BETTER DEVELOPMENT OF ASIA


   



        AIIB is going to provide funds for the better development of road system,telecommunication and other infrastructure development.this development projects are for the poorer region of the asia .India and other 49 members of the asian infrastructure investment bamk signed an agreement providing an legal framework for the china $100billon multilateral asian infrastructure investment bank.This agreement is going to sign at beijing at the great hall of the people.Australia was the first country to sign the agreement with 49 other members.Seven more countries are like to sign by the year end.The bank will have capital of $100billion.
     "The AIIB will uphold high standard and follow international rules in its operation policy making and management to ensure efficiency and transparency".
